TK 6 Terms & Conditions – Complete User Agreement

Tk 6 is an international online betting and gaming platform. Access is permitted only to individuals who meet the conditions outlined below. Compliance with these Terms & Conditions is a legal obligation for every user.

Eligibility Conditions

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You may only use this platform if online betting is not prohibited by law in your country.
• Each individual may open one account only.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date.
• You are betting on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.

Tk 6 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any user's account access at any time without notice, if there is sufficient evidence of a terms violation.

Opening an account on tk 6 is completely free. However, providing accurate information at registration is a legal requirement. Creating an account with false details is a serious violation of these terms and conditions.

What You Need to Register

• Full name (as it appears on your National ID)
• Correct date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• An active email address
• Mobile Number (Bangladeshi numbers accepted)
• A strong password

KYC Verification Process

Before withdrawing or when transactions exceed a certain amount, tk 6 may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This process may involve:

• Copy of National ID or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership

Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed. This is part of tk 6's security policy and is in place to protect users.

There are a few fundamental rules you must follow when betting on tk 6. These rules apply equally to all users, with no exceptions.

Bet Confirmation

Once you click the confirm button on the bet slip, the bet is considered final. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation, unless tk 6 voids the bet due to a technical error on its end.

Odds Changes

Odds change continuously during live betting. The odds displayed at the moment you submit your bet are final — unless your acceptance setting is set to "Accept All Changes" at the time of the odds update.

Betting Limits

Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If an event is fully cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded to your wallet.
• Any cancelled event in an accumulator bet will be counted as odds of 1.00.
• If a match ends before 90 minutes, tk 6's referee decision is final.

Tk 6 offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in bonus forfeiture. Always read the bonus terms carefully before participating.

Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors are eligible for a 200% Welcome Bonus. To qualify:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳ 500
• Maximum bonus amount: ৳ 10,000
• Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount
• Wagering completion deadline: 30 days
• Eligible bets: Any Sports Bet (minimum odds 1.50)

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Once the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance will be transferred to your main balance.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Promo codes can only be used once.
• Tk 6 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳ 500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳ 3,00,000
• Processing time: typically within 12–24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests may not be cancellable once submitted.

Tk 6 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent platform. Involvement in any of the activities listed below may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Opening Multiple Accounts Under the Same Identity
• Bonus System Abuse or Manipulation
• Betting using match fixing or insider information
• Betting using automated software or bots
• Money Laundering or Use of Illegal Funds
• Unauthorized Access to Another User's Account
• Cyber attacks on tk 6 systems or servers

Tk 6 Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum stake amount for each individual bet.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit on how long you bet in a single session.
• Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break from 1 day up to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclude for 6 months to 5 years, or permanently.

Any user may request account closure at any time. Once requested, tk 6 will typically close the account within 48 hours.

• Can be closed directly from account settings.
• You can also submit your request by emailing our support team.
• Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
• The bonus balance will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed.

In the event of a rule violation, tk 6 reserves the right to close the account. In such cases:

• Funds may be temporarily held while an investigation is ongoing.
• If fraud is proven, funds may be permanently confiscated.
• Funds belonging to innocent users will be returned in full.

Tk 6 takes every complaint seriously. For disputes related to bet settlement, please raise the issue within 30 days of the event.

Tk 6 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on this page.

For significant changes, tk 6 will notify users via their registered email or through platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• You will be notified of any changes to the terms at least 7 days in advance.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
• Bets placed before any changes will be settled under the previous terms.
• The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
